Yeah. He was autistic. Like, a literal serious case of autism. No joke. He couldn't even form sentences all that well but he could do that.

What happened afterwards? :|

Ok. This was a while back but I'll try to remember here. So the day after we were called into the office I believe, and we were talked to by our English teacher. Very kind woman she is. She told us that he doesn't truly have control over his impulses and will do stuff like that occasionally. By the halfway point of the next year the kid was gone. They haven't let a special needs kid in since. I mean there's one who has a walking disability but his mental capacities and functions are perfectly fine, so he's chill. It's sorta interesting though, that I had forgotten about this incident the entire rest of the time I've been at this school (it's a middle and high school), but this forum is what triggered those memories. Of course other stuff happened but, that one is the worst I would say.

I never really had any experiences close to that with special needs students when I was in school. The only things they might do was catch you off guard by asking for a high five or saying hi. I feel experiences like yours, depending on who they happen to, might actually mess someone up a little bit...

The worst thing the autistic kids at my school did was pull the fire alarm. Right after a fire drill. We had to go back outside and everything. It was awful

Perhaps. And I'm glad you haven't experienced such an event. I have nothing against special needs kids, but I do feel bad for them. I literally cannot imagine such a life like the life they live.
