Lots of Milkshake and semi skimmed milk, at least 2 pints a day. I don't touch fizzy drinks.
Mostly Curly fry chips and chicken, occasionally pizza, beans on toast out of convenience.
Sometimes I unhealthily don't eat when I'm in gaming mode and realise it's 2am so I'm not using a cooker at that time.
Planning to change the food part of this when I get my new place and I have more time to spend prepping things.
