I lived as a vegan for two months, and while it was too much work to keep it up while I'm still living at home, it did change my views on nutrition. As of now, I try to hold to an 80/10/10 diet:
80% Carbs
10% Protein
10% Fats
Mostly compiled of fruits and veggies, nuts and whole grains. I try to minimise my meat and dairy intake.
