If that is the way it works then he will sell gjallarhorn. I bought it when Xur sold it way back when. Last week I got one from IB , VOG normal and CE hard. Would gladly give you two gallies for one p&t. But sadly there is no trading.

I wish I had a gally. I have no right to complain compared to those with 1500 hours with no Gally but I played 230 hours with no gally but I did get the hunger of crota Tuesday.

I did get 2 patience and times and HUNGR of crota on Tuesday so RNG smiled on me that day just not any other day. For hard Atheon I got 3 shards and aspect of glass..... While my level 29 friend that was carried got SUROS regime, vex Mythoclast, and the timebreaker
