I try to eat 5 to 7 meals a day. Typically salads, lots of chicken, brown rice, shit like that. I also drink a gallon of water a day. I also drink a few beers a day. Love craft beers with a passion. Been bodybuilding for about 7-9 years (lost track). After I lost my leg (left leg, below knee) I made sure to get in the best shape as possible. It's tough maintaining my regimen after destiny. Have to pull my self away.
