There were "nerf suros" posts up until the patch. It never stopped. Did Bungie overdo it? Probably. But without the community it doesn't happen at all.
As for being a "singular voice putting down others". What? I simply stated a fact. The bitching and moaning that makes up a good size of this community Is well known and we'll documented. I mentioned day 1ers because by the time Christmas noobs came around ARs had already been nerfed so they wouldn't even know about the community's role in it.
Again. Not sure what you're going for with these comments. It's a fact that this community is back and forth when it comes to weapon balance.
Edit: for the record I voted yes in the poll. Never wanted them nerfed in the first place.

Dude seriously, quit assuming you know what the community wants. I seriously think you're brainwashed into think you're Deej or something. Get off your high horse already. I'm on these forums daily and I haven't seen a complaint about an auto rifle or SUROS in the last 3 months. So clearly you're reading old posts or simply lying about the AR nerf threads. Here's what the community has ACTUALLY been asking for: -Vault Space -Queen's Wrath Event -Vault Space -Fix bugs in Raids -Vault Space -Nerf Shotguns (they got a range reduction in PvP so they got what they wanted) -Vault Space -Buff Pulse Rifles (got what they wanted) -Vault Space See what happens when you actually pay attention to what's being posted?

Dude. Do you realize the poll is actually proving my point? I remember a poll just like this a few months ago except it was the opposite. Asking if Autos should be nerfed in this latest patch. Majority wanted them nerfed. Just like the majority on this one wants them buffed.
