Hi everyone I hope you're all well,
I'd like to ask you all, new and old members a question....what does the D.o.D mean to you? What in your eyes is it all about and what does it stand for in your opinion? :-)
When this started out back last July as a small idea in a thread that became this massive gathering of gaming fathers to me it stood for brotherhood, family, friendship, comradery. Over the past few months some of the things I've seen people do for eachother is unparallelled to any other group I've ever been in.
I've said this a thousand times before and will say it a thousand times to come but thank you to you all that have come together to join together as gaming dads and share experiences and some relaxed gaming with eachother you are amazing and have not only really changed my outlook on gaming going forward but I'm sure your own and other gaming fathers thoughts on gaming aswell.
So what does D.o.D mean to you?
As always till we meet in the stars guardians...
Kp out

Edited by TankOfTheFranks: 3/26/2015 5:01:53 PMI ran lone wolf n had no plans to join any group when I started playing destiny in sept. When I surfed bungies forums for the hell of it one day, I figuratively fell thru a rabbit hole n stopped when I saw the name of this group. W/o reading further I knew instantly that it would b a community for me. About 7 mos later now, I sometimes think I'm hosing a DoD friend when I can't generally help them (sponsibilities), then I'm reminded subtly in a mssg that its OK...."no worries"....."its cool"....."I understand".....n that is the supportive, the maturity, the strength in community I thought I was going 2 be a part of.
