Ballerhorn was taken out of normal Xur table. Only way you'll see it is if Bungie throws in the controlled Xur and charges it for 25001 glimmer. And I'm pretty sure Red Death was sold by controlled Xur because they wanted to spice up Iron Banner a little to give players a base to start with.
