You cant buy it without the bounty so when you are on that stage of the bounty you can always buy it. So dont worry about Xur not brining you one :)

Figure he does. I grinded out 13 raids today so I can wait till tomorrow. Then it's on to the crucible.

I don't have too many exotics. Just red death, P&T, and Invective but I gave the shotgun to my son. I want midi but I hope xur doesn't sell it for just a few more weeks.
