Did you read kilo 5 trilogy, she is the main spartan there and is still in it.

Didn't even know that trilogy exsisted im working on the erlier parts of the human covenant war right now (got the fall of reach trilogy from a friend)

Yes well naomi is a massive part of that series and she is still active, I highly recommend that trilogy, by far my favorite halo books.

I do belive that there are only 4 living Spartan twos left seeing as in halo escalation Spartan black team were pretty much obliterated by the didact on installation 03 or was it 05? Can't really remember
