Okay, most of this is very well put. Phrases like "if they want to keep 3 copies of every exotic" Stop there, we can't be appealing to those types of players. That's what the problem is to begin with, we're hoarding useless items. Just because it's an exotic doesn't mean you need the damn thing As far the comparison thing? That shouldn't even exist IMO it's a waste of memory, I'm not going to compare my weapons, I know the difference between them from using them. So to go back full circle. We don't need to keep Atheon Raid armour when we have lvl 32 armour, we don't need to keep Warlock armour if we don't have a warlock, I believe if people practiced basic thinking and conservation, the vault increase would be extremely useful. But then again, people would rather have 3 Thorns and complain about how they don't have space

 • if you dont use it it does mean you still need to keep it. I never used invectiv, but glad I kept it. Since the buff its great, same for the puls rifles. considering the rng system....

 • But that is a smokescreen. I don't have duplicates, I don't see the point and my vault is nearly full and that is just from Exotics and Raid gear, the types of items we should be keeping.

 • If you didn't "stop there" you would have seen: "Even if many people don't want to invest the time required to do that, lots of us do. Let us play your game as much as we want." That being said, you're right. There's a certain amount of irresponsibility in hoarding multiple copies of everything. Nevertheless, many people want to anyway. The beautiful thing about this game is that there's no "one gun fits all" scenario. There are so many different unique challenges to this game that requires a different play type at a different time. As such, you need somewhere to keep things until that specific scenario calls for it. Right now, this game doesn't fully allow for that. If you just saw the 16-minute video of someone that solo'd Crota's End, you'll see he was using the Fatebringer. By your logic, he shouldn't have that weapon because it's not a 331. This is where I disagree, he's probably really glad he still has it because that specific circumstance calls for it. None of the 331 weapons were quite right.

 • In all honesty, an arc primary is a unfair comparison but I understand where you're coming from. You brought up the "why don't we use 2 screens" idea. Honestly, I can't understand how these ideas instantly pop up in our heads, but not the devs
