If your vaults are full you should dismantle 3 of the 4 run of the mill solar sniper rifles your hording. Or maybe its your 3 predythes revenges that you only need one of. I mean murmer itself eliminates the need for any fusion rifles besides one good void one. If you had all raid weapons and all exotics, you would only have two weapons to store on one of your guardians. Dismantle your zombie apocalypse already its not special. Armour? You can store both raid sets the exotics and your vanguard set on your guardian and still have room to pick gear up and your vault would be empty.

  • That's totally fine if that's the way you want to play. Many people want to collect. I don't think it's too much to ask of a loot-based game to provide a way to collect all the loot the game has to offer. Forcing people to destroy the loot they gained makes the whole game feel pointless. Why grind if it will have to be dismantled anyway? Then Bungie loses. We lose. Not good for business.

  • my thoughts exactly, like are all the people that are complaing just hoarding a bunch of shitty weapons that they're never gonna use? I guess you gotta have a hobby with such a bland game tho, gotta collect something. I have every gun and armour I need and PLENTY of vault space and character space

  • Some people don't like Murmer. And did you think of how many spaces exotic weapon collecting takes? Or regular legendary weapons? Special weapons such as the Supremacy that you cannot get now, or likely forever since they removed the Queen missions? Or those who just like the collect the Strike weapons, because they look a -blam!-ton cooler than the normal Legendaries you can get. AS for armor. There are hunter cloaks I store in my bank, because my main hunter has his class items nearly full(One or two spaces to allow for strike cloak duplicates) Some are from before the Dark Below, others are from after. Things like the Queens cloak you cant get anymore, to the old Crucible AOS Cryptid cloak, things like that. Same goes for my Warlock. And finally, special items. Ships. Ammo packs. Materials. Vanguard and Crucible commendations. Energy and Shards, the list goes on and on. You can fill that particular spot of your bank in an instant.

  • Well i use abyss better witch is a raid weapon. If u do the math like i said u can have all exotics and raid weapons and still have a plethra of room for other viable legendaries. Collecting weapons your never gonna use? Maybe some people need a life lol. I do agree about the misc section tho im always jugling stuff there

  • Murmur is not the answer to the fusion rifle. I have several Murmurs, but the fire rate is too slow for some areas, so I carry around about three fusion rifles at all times. My current favorite is Light of the Abyss, due to its short warm up time AND it packs a wallop at close ranges. It's SO much better than Murmur.

  • Oh, OK. I see your point. Still, there are reasons to keep a lot of stuff. I have some stuff JUST for running VoG. I have some stuff exclusively for void burn weeks. Etc. It seems like many weapons have a unique situation where they really come in handy. I tend to horde along those lines.
