My thoughts when I read this is to wonder why Bungie makes a token response to appease the 70% of players they've already lost. I think they would get more bang for their buck if they implement changes that the loyal 30% are asking for, then some of that 70% will come back. Otherwise, their numbers will continue to plummet.
