I agree. This is a decent temporary response. It would also help cosmetic items like emblems and shaders didn't take up vault space at all and just collected into a screen of options. Also a hanger to store the ships instead of the vault. These items add no value to the gameplay other than cosmetics but take up just as much space as a weapons, armor, and materials. Finding a more appropriate place to access these items would free up space for a larger vault.
