I have every pq unlocked except 26 and 47. Anyone know how to get those?

You have to find the people in toki toki town in one of the three areas accept the quest and beat it for it to in the parallel quest list.

Alright. I'm assuming pq 47 is from kid trunks. Whose pq 26 from?

It's 17 and he is in the area where your master is.

I've only seen him once. After I did a quest he wasn't there anymore. This was before the patch

Are you sure that it's quest 26 because they only go away after you beat them.
