I thought they were fine where they were damage wise, they just needed a tune down on range. They need to recoup some of that damage nerf. I'm as unbiased as they come, I have always rarely used ARs, even un-nerfed (5.3k AR kills out of 83.7k total). They need a little justice, just as pulse rifles did.

  • Agreed. In fact, if Pulse stability was upgraded, damage was slightly boosted, and AR stability was slightly nerfed, I think that would've been perfect. And also, the Hand Cannon nerf was unnecessary, and the Fusion Rifle nerf was very severe.

  • With less fusion rifles comes more Shotguns. They just need to address the issue of too much special ammo altogether in Crucible. Hand cannons were hardly touched, I'm still a semi sniper with my hand cannon.

  • Exactly what I've found. I think no special ammo should be had on spawn, personally. I'm able to run a sniper the entire game sometimes... One hit weapons, no matter what type, seem to ruin destinys combat as they drastically reduce time to kill. I wish there was a primary only mode, honestly.

  • For sure! I feel like they could've decreased range rather than stability though- well, still a slight need to stability. What I'd love is for stability to be brought back up to almost where it was, but increase charge times so that kills actually require anticipation.
