Seriously? I don't die and I almost get kicked by a 31? I don't care if it's hard crota, a 31 that knows what they're doing is better than a clueless 32.

If a 31 kicked you it means one thing: He started a hard mode Crota and wants Lvl.32's to carry his ass through the raid. He's being selfish, and if anybody is going to get carried it's him. The fact he kicked you means he was fireteam leader and therefor the one looking for players to carry him.
