Hand Cannons didn't need the recent nerf. It didn't affect the OPness (don't sound it out) of TLW or Thorn (or Hawkmoon?) anyways.
Autos didn't need a nerf either.
Scouts were and are fine.
Pulses sucked. Now Auto Rifles suck instead. I'm glad pulses were buffed, though.
