So I was trying to compete the SGA Exotic Bounty and got to the 500 Machine Gun kills part. "Oh good! I'll use my new Jolder's Hammer with Surplus. I won't have to waste any synths." 15 minutes, a bunch of waves of hive and a completed bounty later and I got one, uno, singular heavy drop. I used 2 synths just to get it over with faster. Is this the norm for this perk because right now it is feeling pretty worthless. I don't expect ammo to drop from every kill but one heavy in 15 minutes of continuous kills seems kinda broken to me.
