That would be 500 million.

New engine
Workers
Marketing
All legal things
And if this sounds small remember that this game was made from scratch, Destiny 2 will be much cheaper and make Bungie/Activision even more money.

That would be more like 20-30 million. It's absolutely amazing this number is still being thrown around after Bungie explained the 500 million statement. The 500 million is the amount they plan to spend over the course of the next 10 years on all of the Destiny franchise, NOT just this one game.

Yeah, but that marketing and engine will last for 10 years, otherwise, I use those examples to tell mad and stubborn people some sense.

Oh it will. This game made Bungie/Actovision enough money to keep bumbing games out for 10 years. And not everyone left. The game is going trough a break. When HoW comes out, people will return.
