Cryptarch Packages
I don't know about you guys, but I haven't received a single legendary engram for the last ten or so cryptarch packages.
The last cryptarch update they did was supposed to make him "Harder to rank up, but much more rewarding".
Scratch that, it just takes about twice as long to rank him up now. Which is a little ridiculous considering you receive more blue stuff in his packages.
So what is up with the cryptarch? Is he just a bastard to me or is this a streak of bad luck?

Cryptard is useless. I rarely get anything from him. Although the other day he gave me the chance with explosive rounds from a legendary. I was satisfied. He is an all around ass though

I've had the same terrible luck.

He actually gave me 2 from one pack for the 1st time ever the other week. Saving them for HOW though

All but maybe 1 or 2of the legendary engrams I've gotten from him turned into shards and duplicate gear.

Even if I do get a legendary its shards anyway.
