I know. That is explained in the knew book with buck and romeo. But what I am trieng to say is they are more relatable. While spartan IIs are anti social and follow every order because that was drilled into their head at a very young age. Spartan 4s are still very efficient on the field, but in my opinion, not as good as spartan 2
