I had 1 drop with 13 rounds to the mag, I used for a long time and eventually deleted it

I don't believe that's possible unless you're referring to field scout

I had a TDYD drop with Field Scout, yep boosted from 5 to 13 round magazine. I don't think the weapon would be usable without that perk.
