That would be more like 20-30 million. It's absolutely amazing this number is still being thrown around after Bungie explained the 500 million statement.
The 500 million is the amount they plan to spend over the course of the next 10 years on all of the Destiny franchise, NOT just this one game.

Yeah, but that marketing and engine will last for 10 years, otherwise, I use those examples to tell mad and stubborn people some sense.

Not sure the franchise will go for 10 years, majority of the people who bought Destiny already left.

Oh it will. This game made Bungie/Actovision enough money to keep bumbing games out for 10 years. And not everyone left. The game is going trough a break. When HoW comes out, people will return.
