I don't know why they couldn't just add extra pages, so you could flip through all your loot with the trigger button sorta like scrolling through your friends list.

I take it that you don't write software, or design user interfaces? I do the former - and I leave the latter to people who really know what they are doing. First, Bungie said this is an interim measure - I would expect something more comprehensive later. Second, let's look at what they could have done: increase the vault space to 1000 items in each category, with 40 pages of 25 items. Easy. Hang on... but where did I put my Ice Breaker? Immediate complaints: "I can't find anything!!!" To increase vault space in a usable way is not quite so easy. I would like to see at the very least (for, say, weapons): group/filter by primary/secondary/heavy; group/filter by type (hand cannon/scout/...); group/filter by damage type. Not sure how to make a nice interface for that, off hand - it needs to be quick and easy to use without lots of fiddling around. Maybe I'll leave it to professional UI designers...

If they can safely and easily fit 60 slots on one screen, fine. Give us one screen of 60 for primary weapons. One screen of 60 for secondary weapons, one screen of 60 for helmets, one screen if 60 for materials, so on and so forth. Also, remove the 20, 200, etc. cap on materials/general items.

Nah brew I don't but still I'd figure that would have been way more convenient. Not the whole make three different vaults but just add those pages.

Agreed. Hopefully they will quickly answer that exact question for us. Bungie? What say you?
