My English teacher had water in his kettle, quite a lot of it was replaced by laxative, coffee was added at some point by some body...
Anyway long story short, before lunch he had a very messy class room, hallway, bathroom...
It wasn't pleasant for anyone...
He never returned to school.

He probably killed himself.

I found out about fifteen years later that he was off with stress for 2 yrs paid, then moved to a different city and retired last year.

Oh good. At least he moved on.

I was kind of released when I found out. I really liked him as a teacher he was a strict SoaB but he got results. I used to take extra class from him to get my grades up. I studied as a teacher and so did my wife, neither of us still teach but it was good training and made you realise what a hard job it is.
