Look, it's fine to be proud of yourself, but actively seeking praise, and acting completely snobby to boot, you're hardly gonna get any position feedback. It's already evident from the many comments here. Just dial back the narcissism a bit. Trust me, a humble person will usually receive more praise than a person who acts like they're top dog when they actually aren't.
