Maybe a more "human medic" is needed more. Perhaps the drones don't have every operation or treatment in their code.

yes they do. they cant fix up a limb but thats what prostetics are for. they can operate small operations for exampe heart patching. cosnider they are designed to pick you up and throw you bakc into combat
