At my middle school, somebody took their poop out of the toilet and wrote the F word all over the stalls and walls of the bathroom. As for the girls, a special needs girl smeared her period blood all over the walls of the cafeteria bathroom.

I didn't actually go to the school when this happened, but apparently some crazy chick called a bomb threat and the whole school had to be evacuated as a swat team came to investigate. On top of that, everyone had to wait outside for the buses to arrive, and it was a cold and rainy day. They didn't even let the seniors or juniors leave.
