You can't kill him. Rahool is actually the real mastermind behind everything. Rahool is also in control of Xur. Rahool is building up his army with power from the engram's, strange coins, and totes of light we freely give to him and Xur.

The torso will be burned in a bonfire. Master Rahool's head will be displayed for three days in the place of public execution and then placed upon a pike at the principal entrance to the Tower.

How bout we take his exotic engram from him and make it into a common weapon
