It gives me a Tax deniying for any transportation

Yeah thats why i disliek the empire. and the congres sdoesnt voer extend itself. SO the empire is inemdiatly unaffected by its Laws allowing it to jsut run aroudn killigna nyhtign that doesnt aggree with their goverment
