Hopslam has been one of my favorites. Though the craft beer market has exploded recently so there are tons of great IPAs. So I'll just say my favorite type of beer is a fresh hoppy IPA.

If anyone ever makes it to the Northwest, keep an eye out for Mac'n'Jacks out of Redmond, WA. The African Amber is their most popular but my personal fave is the Black Cat Porter! :)
