Hi everyone I hope you're all well,
I'd like to ask you all, new and old members a question....what does the D.o.D mean to you? What in your eyes is it all about and what does it stand for in your opinion? :-)
When this started out back last July as a small idea in a thread that became this massive gathering of gaming fathers to me it stood for brotherhood, family, friendship, comradery. Over the past few months some of the things I've seen people do for eachother is unparallelled to any other group I've ever been in.
I've said this a thousand times before and will say it a thousand times to come but thank you to you all that have come together to join together as gaming dads and share experiences and some relaxed gaming with eachother you are amazing and have not only really changed my outlook on gaming going forward but I'm sure your own and other gaming fathers thoughts on gaming aswell.
So what does D.o.D mean to you?
As always till we meet in the stars guardians...

At first when I got this game I played alone a lot. Knowing how most games are full of pissed off 10 year old children struggling through their ball dropping experience I didn't socialize much. That crap gets tiring too quick for me. I saw this group after the bungie headliner and took a look. Was skeptical at first but after gaming with a couple dads realized this is one of the best gaming groups I have seen. It's been gaming buddies that don't discriminate because I'm a father and still game, no childish bs, and to top it all off we all have kids and don't flip when a quick poosplosion afk happens. I am grateful to have a group where fathers are helping fathers to be better and have fun in the mean time.
