I'm currently annoyed by the "burden of proof" fallacy where you insist something is true until others can prove it is false.

Now, isn't Snoop Dog the most clean drug-free person you've ever met due to these laws? No, even if you ban something it will still be out there. If you make gun ownership illegal, criminals will still have guns. I'm not really one for fallacies but I do enjoy paradoxes a lot.
