Its pretty awesome. Girls think I'm foreign and exotic and guys think I'm mysterious and badass. It also helps that I have a nice ass and a bulge. At the end of the day it just comes off as an accent. I had to have speech therapy for it, everything healed up nice I just sounded different from all the other kids.
