Hey when your putting rounds in a body and you get the head as pulse rifles naturally recoil up... Headseeker really works well... Youre doing massive damage on some one in PvP... Glass half full come on thats a PvP wet dream no matter what gun its on... The 3 tier perks honestly I bounce between them depending on the game type... Or the map... As far as rare I've gotten it twice but I'm actually keeping this one since the vault space is increasing... I have a place to put it when not playing the Crucible...
