Always at least 4/5 veg/fruit a day
Loads of chicken/fish/beef
Complicated carbs (oats, rice and potatos)
Healthy fats
Water and an unusual amount of coffee....
Protein shakes
No crappy sugars
As little unsaturated fat as possible
I try to stay away from grains
I tend not to eat dairy. More out of choice.
Quite a healthy diet.

They're not terrible, but I still try to stay away from them... Mono saturated fats are the bad ones

yeah you usually want 1 to 2 servings of pure butter and ice cream hourly.

yeah I'm just kidding. But I am on that diet; lard for breakfast, 2 butter sticks for lunch, gallon of ice cream for dinner, frosting for dessert.
