Im 22 n eat almost no meat and 99% organic everything. Not vegan just believe in moderation. I eat more vegitables in a day than some people eat in a month. About 1nce a week i will eat something with meat. I do drink goat milk and eat eggs, wish it wasnt illegal to buy non pasturized milk in canada. Havent touched a soda or candy bar for a good five years, do drink on occassion though.

  • Pasteurized milk loses alot of fats and vitamins through the heating process. As for the meat no i dont really eat alot of lean anything. What i more go for is non hormone no antibiotics grass fed meat. Like i said i eat it once a week if even that. When i dont eat meat which is 9/10 days i get my calories and vitamins from oats and grains and alot of vegitables, fruits, and nuts. Im not under wieght 5"8 135 pnds. Also stay away from anything genetically modified or medicated or anything eating genetically modified organics.
