In your edit, people are referring to the outside server, you get access to it by stepping out of your living spaces front, or back door if you have one. Opening windows (not your computer) will grant you limited access to it as well. Does this help?

Do I need to update Xbox for that feature?

Yea, you have to update the PFM module on the console itself. It's hard to find but once you do you just hold the power button to reset it.
