"Canary" - I have tried everything!!

So for about a week now I have been getting the "Canary" error message.. I have tried everything to resolve this. My NAT is open, my internet connection is great, I have forwarded the relevant ports. Can anyone help with this, would love to have spoken with someone at Bungie, but zero contact details and no answers to my tweets to them. I need an answer and guide to resolve this once and for all before I lose my sanity.
