Someone must have been high while writing the speech. Or they forgot to tell Greg Bear to make the reclamation a thing before the Forerunner-Flood War.

I'm going with the former. They spent like [i]3 months[/i] making sure Silentium lined up perfectly with Halo 4, why on earth would they skimp out on one of the most important details like that? AGH! #post700
