Yeah I have noticed a lot of threads about this now, personally I can't get the fusion rifle to drop. We know Bungie said something about the loot drop system for Crota's End working differently to VoG, keeping track of recnt drops. But I'm actually starting to believe something else is going on, either: A) This new system seems to get stuck when you get down to just one item left (most common seem to be Black Hammer and the Helmet). B) Now I'm not a fan of conspiracy theories, but one suggests they (Bungie, Activision) are holding back on some drops to keep us playing. Either way I hope both are wrong and that damn Fusion drops for me soon!
