Good way to ask out girlfriend to prom?

Drive past her house on a lawn mower every day. One day, swerve onto her lawn and start mowing shitty circles into the grass. When she comes out and asks you to get off her lawn, loudly mumble "Soyuwanttgotoprommeee?" And she'll be like "Yes, get off my lawn!" And that's a yes so she has to stay true to it. BAM!
