The problem with this video is that the OP is not comparing the same gun at different attack values. While those two weapons have the same impact rating, the range rating is not the same. Another NITC has a higher range rating than the VoC, so the VoC will experience damage fall-off against enemies. So his results are skewed.

I stand corrected regarding 331 weapons and 300 weapons against level 30 enemies.
