Doesn't make sense. I ran it with a group of all 32s on my 30 Titan - somehow my Titan was the only one that had weapons of light though :/ Anyway I covered about half the Templar oracles on my own, out killed everyone with Word of Crota, took down all the portal oracles with SGA, provided weapons of light against atheon, and plenty of orbs with gift of the void, not that they were necessary. Just play your best - higher level doesn't equal better player.
