I fully understand everything you said. However, the main reason I'm looking for 32s is because IN GENERAL a 32 means the person knows how to raid and likely has adequate weapons. At this point in the game, where you can buy your way to 31, anything lower than 31 either means noob or alt. I'll take in someone's alt if they know what they're doing and have proper weapons, but I'm sick of wasting time with shitty PUGs.
