I have an RNG Devil, and it has two reload modifiers. In the hands of my gunslinger, it reloads so quick, that it looks like a magic trick! I always use it in Crota, and have never had an issue with it, whether it be accuracy, or precision hits. Edit: By the way, compare the weapon to The Word of Crota, dismissing the magazine size for one moment, they are almost statistical identical, with weight being the only differentiating factor.
