After a few seconds the door cracks open. "Yes?" Her swollen eyes blink rapidly as the light from the hallway blinds her a bit.

*Hands small data chip covered in blood, actually, Vex is almost fully covered in blood, yet he has no wounds.* "Ginger. Safe keep." *He walks back down the hallway leaving a trail of blood that stops around the corner*

Zara takes the chip and chases after him. "Vex what.. I... " She stops and clears her head. "Are you ok?" She reaches out to him wanting to thank him, but wanting to know how Ginger met his end and why Vex is covered in blood. There is also fear mixed in. What if knowing only made her hurt more? But she pressed on.

"Okay is an opinionated statement." "Seven minutes."

She's taken aback by his reply. Almost caught without a word to say she makes a decision. "Thank you, Vex. For everything. Going after the others and what happened with... Ginger. I'm so sorry."

"Ginger made his decision, I need favor. Where is the Tere empire."

Zara is a little shocked when Vex mentions the Tere Empire, but quickly recalls when he gave her memories. "I'm not entirely sure. I know where the edge of their world is, but exact places no. Dolph... he should still be here though." The change of subject still her tears.

"Elaborate? Um he's..." She rubs her head as the pain begins to come back. "Smart, really smart. But weak, terribly old. He had technology we had never seen before, but was most proud of his bodyguard. He seemed calculating and cold." "As for guards and the like there were a good deal. I had dinner with him and Del once. Dolpho said he would eventually unveil himself to the rest of the Galaxy, but first wanted to test the waters." She seems far away as she thinks and her voice changes tone as she remembers. "They were talking... Barely out of earshot. Something about an army? I.. I'm not sure I'm remembering correctly."

Zara looks confused. "What do you mean?"

"You said Dolph should still be here"

"I don't know his exact location. I believe he is still in this galaxy. Likely on the outskirts. He and Del were onto something big and Dolph was very enthusiastic about it. Which is why I think he has not left yet."

Every part of her body wishes to step back and reassess the situation. Not feeling bold or courageous, rather exhausted and strained Zara eyes him warily. "And... I'm sick of being lied to. I don't know. I just don't want to lose anyone else."

"No I believe you are out for some revenge. It's your motives after its finished I am... Afraid of. Yet, a part of me understands, just don't lose yourself, your heart." Zara points to her own heart with earnest eyes. "Because that blood... It's not yours and it's been hours."
