For instance a fate bringer crits 1004 plus explosive damage always on red bars
Explain where a 25% increase even makes sense anywhere in the game

Actually when I did it for whatever reason I had the Khvostov equipped and I went from 30 to 38 damage on a crit when I leveled up, so maybe the 20 damage of the weapon affected it somehow...
