Had my symbiote helm half upgraded. Purchased upgrade from xur with 7200 glimmer and exotic shard. My symbiote ends Up resetting to 30 light not upgraded at all and my glimmer and exotic shard is gone. Can an admin or someone from bungie help me with this...

That is to upgrade pre DLC exotics to the damage/armour rating of post dlc exotics. It resets all perks and Bungie has admitted that it wasn't supposed to work like this and most likely will be changed in HoW. But for post dlc exotics it just resets all perks so there is no point in doing it at all.
